ICAME45 will be held at Hotel Attica21 4****S. Special rates for single and double rooms are offered to registered participants (see below).
A list of alternative hotels is also provided below (in this case, arrangements can be made individually or via our travel agency).

The reference to apply special conference rates is “ICAME”.
Special conference rates:
- Room Attica21, single room: 89 EUR/night (buffet breakfast, Wifi and taxes included)
- Room Attica21, double room: 99 EUR/night (buffet breakfast, Wifi and taxes included)
- Rates include buffet breakfast, free WiFi and VAT 10%.
- A credit/debit card will be requested as a guarantee, although payment will not be required until arrival, in the hotel.
- Reservations can be cancelled until 7 days before arrival date. In case of cancellation between 7 days and 72 hours before arrival date, the first night of stay will be charged as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival, the whole stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Rates are applicable to stays from 16 June to 23 June 2024.
- Reservations are subject to hotel availability for the date and category requested.
- Maximum capacity in our rooms is for two adults or two adults and a child under 11 years old. Please note that it is not possible for three adults to stay in one room together.
